2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or other platform where Mouram is registered.
- Confirmation: All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. Full payment will still be required.
3. Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking will be honored.
4. Health and Safety
- Client Health: Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to receiving services. This information is critical to ensure a safe and effective treatment.
- Contraindications: We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition is deemed contraindicated for the massage or service booked.
- Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene. We adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.
5. Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or requests for sexual or erotic services will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client may be banned from future services.

6. Liability
- Disclaimer: Mouram is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries sustained during or after the service, provided that all protocols were followed as per industry standards.
- Indemnity: By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Mouram harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Mouram reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court.
