Return Policy

At Mouram, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Our return policy complies with Dutch legislation and EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, physically take possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with an unequivocal statement.

  • The claim should include your name, email address, and phone number.

3. Returning Goods

  • You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision.
  • The direct costs for returning goods within 14 days will be covered by us.
  • For returns made after 14 days (if agreed upon), the direct return costs will be charged to the customer.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or, in some cases, until you provide proof of having sent them back.

4. Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain items are exempt from returns:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or newspapers)
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a specified number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • If the item is returned due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Services that have been fully performed, provided that the execution began with your prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed.

We only ship within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are €9.99 per order.

Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days, depending on the supplier. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is shipped.

4. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
