• Products: Candles, diffusers, and other self-care items available for purchase on our website.
• Agreement: The contract established between the Buyer and the Seller upon acceptance of an order.

3. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries from Demouro unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Offers and Acceptance
All offers displayed on our website are non-binding and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. An agreement is formed once we confirm your order via email.

5. Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs of €9.99 will be added to your order at checkout. Prices are subject to change, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Payment
We accept payments via credit card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required at the time of ordering.

7. Delivery
We only ship within the Netherlands. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the supplier. We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.

8. Retention of Title
Ownership of the products passes to you only after full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the products. To exercise this right, please consult our return policy.

10. Returns and Refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. Certain items, such as perishable goods or custom-made products, cannot be returned.

11. Warranty and Complaints

12. Liability
Mouram is only liable for direct damage resulting from our breach of contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
