Validity

Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

Usage

Gift cards can be used for any service or product available at Mouram.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

Redemption

The gift card must be redemed in the check out when making the purchase.
If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid by the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment forms.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Promotions

Promotional gift cards or discounted cards may have additional restrictions, including shorter validity periods or limited use on specific services.

Transferability

Gift cards are transferable and can be used by someone other than the original purchaser.

Amendments

Mouram reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
